Return & Refund Policy – Mart Grip
At Mart Grip, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Parcel Checking Policy (Important)
- Customers are strongly advised to open and check the parcel in front of the delivery rider at the time of delivery.

If the product is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (different from what was ordered)
Then you must immediately return the parcel to the rider on the spot.
2. Instant Return & Refund
- If you return the parcel at the time of delivery:
- You will not be required to make payment (in case of Cash on Delivery), OR
- If already paid, your refund will be processed accordingly.
3. No Return After Acceptance
- Once the parcel is accepted and the rider has left, we will not accept any return or refund request.
- This policy is in place to ensure transparency and avoid misuse.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 working days through the original payment method or agreed alternative.
5. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer's responsibility to:
- Check the parcel carefully
- Ensure the product matches the order
- Report any issue immediately at the time of delivery
